Revolver welcomes back Babe Ruth!

April 2009: the one and only Babe Ruth Band have just created their latest musical masterpiece – and it’s being released worldwide on HMR’s sister label Revolver!

Responsible for the seminal track “The Mexican”, one of the most well known tracks to emerge alongside the burgeoning Hip-Hop scene in the 1980s, Babe Ruth’s music has permeated popular culture – even if you don’t know their music by name, you will most likely recognise it when you hear it… And for good reason: from Grand Master Flash to The Prodigy, their music has been remixed, covered and used thousands of times by other artists through the past three decades – the band also still retains a cult following and a large fanbase in both the UK and US B-Boy scenes.
